In this exceptional period, the health and safety of our staff and customers are more than ever our top priorities. That is why we took the following measures for an indefinite period of time, in line with governmental prescriptions.

Free standard delivery at home in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, France, Monaco, Germany and the UK.
Delivery in a DPD Parcel shop and DPD Express delivery are currently not available.
All orders placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day.
Please have in mind that due to the current situation, there could be delays in delivery times.
If you’re not at home at the moment of delivery, DPD will pass by the day after. After two failed deliveries, your package will automatically be sent back to our logistics center.
You can ask DPD to deposit your package on a safe place and thus receive your order without any physical contact. You can easily manage your delivery preferences on myDPD portal, using the app or through the DPD chat function online.

Returns and reimbursements
We are offering an extended return period of up to 30 days. The extended returns are valid on orders placed as of 01/03/2020.

The shipment and processing of returns might take longer than usual at the moment. Reimbursements will be done after reception of your order at our warehouse.

Our respected logistic partner remains open and online orders are being processed. Following the latest governmental guidelines, they took the necessary precautions to guarantee safety and hygiene.
