Is it possible to repair my bag?

If you encounter a problem with your bag or accessory and would like to have it repaired in our atelier, please complete our repair form. Include some pictures of your bag and your proof of purchase or certificate of authenticity, so we can get back to you with the most suitable solution. Please keep in mind 3 weeks of repair time.

 

You will receive an answer on your e-mail address in the next few days with the following steps to proceed with the repair. Keep in mind that all Clio Goldbrenner products are guaranteed for 2 years after the purchase date.
