Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer an exchange service for orders placed on our website. If you want to order another model or colour, please return you purchase and send in a new order via our online shop.
Is it possible to repair my bag?
Yes, we offer a repair service. Please fill in the repair form with the required information. You can find this form on the page « How to maintain my bag? ».
You will receive an answer on your e-mail address in the next few days with the following steps to proceed with the repair. Keep in mind that you have a two-year warranty after the purchase date.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email indicating a link where you can follow your order. How long is my gift card valid?
Your gift card is valid for 1 year from its date of purchase. The expiry date is written in the confirmation email containing the code of your gift card.
